All analytical services are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by the Stripe platform. We maintain full PCI DSS compliance to ensure the highest level of transaction security.
Service Fulfillment and Delivery
Order Initiation: Services begin upon receipt of the order.
Processing Time: Standard analytical reports are typically generated within five (5) business days, depending on the complexity of the request.
Delivery of Results: Final analytical reports are delivered digitally via email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation: Due to the nature of laboratory services, orders cannot be canceled once the analytical process has commenced.
Refunds: If the service performed does not meet the technical specifications outlined in the order, a full refund or re-analysis will be provided. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receiving the final report.
Process: To request a refund or re-analysis, please contact us for a Service Review Number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) business days.
Dispute Resolution
We aim for technical accuracy and professional transparency. We adhere to Stripe’s formal dispute resolution policies. In the event of a dispute, we will provide all relevant laboratory logs and service documentation to facilitate a prompt resolution.
